The coffee tastes really good, so I keep going back. But the prices are a little higher than I’d like, almost like they know exactly how addicted we are and priced it accordingly. I’m not saying there’s a secret coffee agenda… but I’m watching them

I ordered from illyusa.com and had a simple question about my order, especially since I had already been charged and wasn’t seeing any clear update. I emailed customer service thinking it would be quick, but I never got a real answer back, just kept checking my inbox and waiting.

I tried reaching out again a few days later and still didn’t get anything helpful. I like the coffee, but for a brand like this, the lack of support was frustrating and made me second-guess ordering from them again.

I ordered a few cans of illy coffee and some pods from Illy, and everything showed up exactly like I picked it. No missing stuff, no random swaps, which I really appreciated.

The only reason I’m going with 4 stars is that the shipping update was slow, so I wasn’t totally sure when it was actually going to arrive. But the order itself was completely accurate and packed just fine...

I returned my order and ended up having to chase support twice just to get an update. The refund did finally come through, but it took way too long and was kind of annoying. I’m literally not planning to order again anytime soon.

My orders have shown up right when they said they would. I’ve used Illy a few times now, and I actually haven’t had any late boxes or missing items. The tracking is easy to follow too. Overall, I’m happy with how the delivery has been so far

This is really good coffee. Smooth, fresh, no weird bitter taste like some other ones I’ve tried. And it’s been consistent every time I order, which I appreciate. Only thing is the price. A bit high. So yeah, took off one star for that, but I still find myself drinking it most mornings

This last bag smelled so good as soon as I opened it. Not flat or old like some other coffee I’ve ordered online before, where you can tell it’s probably been sitting around for a while.
Shipping was totally fine too, no issues there. But the main thing for me is that the coffee actually tastes like it was packed recently, which is exactly what I was hoping for. I’ll definitely order again...

My illy order showed up on time and the coffee itself was totally fine. The only thing I noticed was the outside box had one corner banged up. Nothing was leaking or damaged inside, so it wasn’t a big issue for me. Just a heads up for anyone ordering, maybe check the box when it arrives. I do wish the packaging was a little sturdier, especially for shipping...
